What is nope?
We are designers and project managers who value good design, practicality, aesthetics, well-thought-out user journey and, above all, good company.

We call ourselves “nopsikud” - cute, nice, and friendly, but also professional and progressive.

Who do we need?
A designer who creates and develops brand systems, plans digital and print materials, and creates different marketing and sales design materials, illustrations and all kinds of graphic design tasks a customer might need.
What do we expect?
‍

✺
You are already experienced in creating and developing different brand projects (and you have minimum one year of working experience in the field).
✺
You have already a bunch of work in your portfolio (preferably brand systems for different clients). 
✺
You are honest, curious, self-driven and goal-oriented.
✺
Your work ethics is smart, you dare to make suggestions for improvements, either in processes or design in general.
✺
You are thorough and good with deadlines.
✺
You feel comfortable presenting and explaining your ideas and solutions to the customer.
✺
You have excellent Estonian and English skills, both written and verbal.
✺
You are a team player with a people-first mindset. You are helpful, proactive and constantly want to improve team-life and work processes.
